It applies to information provided by server owners, administrators, members, and visitors who interact with the Services.

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Discord information: user IDs, usernames, server or guild IDs, roles, permissions, channel IDs, and configuration choices made through Discord or the owner panel.
• Service activity: commands, moderation actions, configuration changes, security events, timestamps, error information, and limited diagnostic data needed to provide logs and abuse prevention.
• Verification information: information voluntarily submitted through verification features, which may include Discord and Roblox account identifiers or other information required to complete the requested verification.
• Support information: messages, attachments, and account or server details you provide when contacting support or reporting a problem.
• Website and technical information: information such as IP address, browser or device details, and basic request data that may be available through hosting, security, authentication, or server logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate Ocean One and provide requested moderation, verification, logging, security, and server-management features.
• Authenticate users, determine server access, and apply owner or administrator permissions.
• Detect raids, spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass restrictions, and other security threats.
• Respond to support requests, investigate reports, diagnose errors, and maintain service reliability.
• Maintain records of configurations and actions where those records are part of a feature requested by a server or administrator.
• Comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect Oceanworks, Discord communities, and other users.

3. Discord and Third-Party Services

Ocean One operates through Discord, and some features may interact with services such as Roblox, hosting providers, authentication providers, or other infrastructure providers. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Oceanworks does not control the privacy practices of third-party services. You should review their policies before using an integration.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide the Services, including to infrastructure and service providers working on our behalf, to respond to a valid legal request, to investigate security or abuse reports, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Oceanworks, users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including providing a feature, maintaining security records, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, or enforcing our agreements. Retention may vary by data type and feature. Some information may remain in backups or security records for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your Discord account, access tokens, credentials, and administrator permissions.

7. Data Deletion and Requests

If you remove Ocean One from a server, you may request deletion of configuration data associated with that server through our official support channels. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the operation of other servers or users.

8. Server Administrator Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring permissions appropriately, informing their members when the Services collect or display server activity, and ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable law and Discord's rules. Oceanworks is not responsible for a server administrator's independent use, disclosure, or retention of information.

9. Children

The Services are not directed at children who are prohibited from using Discord or the applicable third-party services. Do not use the Services if you are not permitted to use the underlying platforms under their rules or applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after an update means that the updated policy applies to that use.
